1-Stop Nutrition was conceptualized back in 2001 by two friends/Roommates when they joined the gym for the first time and saw a lack of affordable quality sports supplements in India. After Graduating from GNDU Amritsar in 2005 both ventured out into the world in their respective trades of Food Technology and Electronics Telecommunication.
Over the Year Rakesh gained Valuable experience and best food trade practices from the biggest multinationals whereas Mandeep was working in his own trade of Electronics and Telecommunication in all over North America.
Dream
But the dream was always there. Dreaming it over countless nights just brought it one step close to reality. Long phone calls turned into one to one meetings discussing how we can change the poor state of sports Nurtition in India which is plagued by Fake, expensive and harmfull products.
Finally they both quit their jobs and decided to embark on this journey to carve out a better and unadulterated Sports Nutrition Scenario in India.
